Manage HP devices using futuresmart 4.9.0.1 or newer with having to install the JAMC data collector. Devices are communicating directly with 3manager. Option to use without installing 3manager DCA.
Reboot printer
Reboot the HP printer directly from 3manager including status for status.
Access EWS (Embedded Web Server)
Access the embedded web server of the HP printer directly from 3manager including the ability to remote manage the printer display.
Predictive analytics / alerts
Get information about predicted errors with time-to-fail estimations and time-to-fix as well need for spare parts and tools.
HP diagnostics with parts and instructions
Get access to logs and description of printer faults including how-to-fix guides for fast remediation.
Remote configuration
Configure one or multiple devices in bulk directly from the 3manager cloud. Push configurations to multiple networks from one place.
