Optimizing supplies management, device management and installation.


June 2017 releases:

Check when the toner was ordered last time

Did we receive an order for this toner? When was it sent? These questions we have heard many times.

With the latest release you now have access to last order on device level + supplies list view:


 

Access to the last 40 sent supplies ordering reports

Need access to previous sent supplies ordering reports? No more looking in the inbox archive. Simply click the "previous report" and choose between the last 40 reports.


 

Now its easier to install the data collector

Ability to send e-mail installation instructions directly from the data collector configuration view. The user doesn't need to be an active user of 3manager. The e-mail contains all information needed to get started including a security document.


 

New fields available on account level

  • Contact person

  • Contact email

  • Customer ID

Ref customer ID: Do you need to add an unique customer ID which should be added to all devices? It could be for invoicing, importing to ERP system.

Simply add it on account level and it will automatically be on all devices in the supplies ordering and meter reading reports.

Need to have different IDs on the devices? no problem, simply overwrite it on device level or add them manually one by one if you have many different IDs.
